Tummi Herbal Tea
A stimulating herbal tea that mingles herbs, roots, and seeds to invigorate. While fennel soothes the throat, and flax offers generous amounts of essential fatty acids. The pale yellow cup bathes in the pleasant scent of licorice and peppermint, with a slight maple taste.
Ingredients
Ingredients: Fennel seed, Flax seed, fenugreek seed, licorice root, peppermint leaf
Brewing Instructions
Pour 6-8 oz Boiling (212°F) water over 1 teaspoon tea. Steep for 8-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Storage Instructions
Store in an air tight container away from heat, sunlight, and moisture.
